Xivio is intended for individuals age 18 and over applying to our extended Multimedia services such as the Hompy, Webcam, and Music services. We do not accept registrations from children under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a Parent or legal Guardian.  PARENTS PLEASE READ:  Due to the interactive nature of our site, and in order to comply with Federal laws designed to protect your children on the Internet. Xivio is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) concerning our basic TV-Y services. It is the parent's responsibility to apply such limitations on a user's account so to prevent them from accessing material which is deemed inappropriate for younger audiences. Xivio will never require your child to submit any more personal information other than what is required for activity participation.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. Information collected prior to the time any change is posted will be used according to the rules and laws that applied at the time the information was collected.

Public Forums
This site makes chat rooms, forums and/or message boards available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information to others. This site does not collect any personal information from the chat rooms that can personally identify you in any way. Email addresses are required in order to register for the forums, but those are never shared with any third parties and are only used for registration purposes. In addition, users must be 18 years or older in order to register to the forums.
